It’s Time to Begin

At the bottom of the pit is where we start
The clouds cover it and no sunshine shows
Just like how you don’t show yourself your problems
You hide underneath the dirt like it’s going to protect you
But it’s time to begin
Start climbing you are growing bigger
Big enough to see the path
That one that is going to take you far, but don’t be misguided
Trust in the path you chose and don’t look back
You’re not going to let anyone down
Because you’re not changing who you are
Now you’re standing high in the sunshine on a grassy hill
The wind is filled with whispers
Telling you the possibilities
Listen carefully and smile in the moment
Don’t fall back in the pit
You may never come out again
Because time only begins once
